Where B2B buyers decide now
Referrals built most owner-run companies, and they still close the best deals. What changed is everything that happens before the call. Buyers search, compare and build a shortlist on their own — and the companies that explain what they do, clearly and often, are the ones on it.

Most owners already know exactly what to say. What's missing is the time to make it every week, and a way to tell which pieces bring in conversations. That's the part we built a system for.
What you get: one problem you solve, one content kit
Every kit starts from a real case — a problem you solved for a customer — and becomes four pieces built to work together:
Then it moves into Content Studio, the platform we built to run content operations: every piece reviewed with time-coded notes, approved by you before anything goes out, placed on a 30-day calendar, and published on the dates you approve.
Measured by conversations
Every post gets measured per piece: what gets watched, what gets clicked through to your site, and what starts a conversation — replies, direct messages, meetings booked. Each month you see which formats and topics brought people to you, and the next calendar leans into them.
What we promise is concrete: the content ships on time, it says things you can stand behind, and you can see what it produces. We report revenue impact when your numbers show it; we don't promise it up front.
How it works
- A free look at your presence. Your channels next to two competitors', on one page — what a buyer sees when they look you up.
- A short call to find your stories. We pull out three to five problems you solve best and check every claim with you. Anything illustrative is labeled as an example.
- Your first kit and a 30-day calendar. You review, comment, approve. Nothing goes out without your OK.
- Every month after that: new kits, a measured calendar, and a short report on what started conversations.
We run it on our own brand first
Flow Intelligence is our own client zero for this, the same way we were for every system we sell. On a single day the system produced six videos and three carousels about systems we built — Later, our Monday.com replacement and the reply assistant — with no marketing team. The short at the top of this page is one of them.
Start with one kit and a 30-day calendar.
- Fixed price, quoted before we start — no hourly billing.
- You own every file: videos, carousels and captions.
- Monthly plans by number of kits once you've seen the first one work.
Questions owners actually ask
Do we need a marketing team to run this?
No. You give us the problems you solve and a little time each month to review and approve. We produce the kits, keep the calendar, publish on the dates you approve and report what worked.
Does anyone have to appear on camera?
No. The shorts are motion graphics with AI narration and on-screen captions. If you want your own voice or face in them, we can add that — your call.
What if we don't have case studies?
You have them — they're the problems you solve every week. In a short call we pull out three to five and check which claims you can stand behind. We never invent client results.
What do you measure?
Per piece: views, clicks to your site, and conversations started. You see what's working, and we plan more of it.
Who owns the content?
You do — every video, carousel and caption, whether or not you keep working with us.
