MoveSmartly — Decision Engine

Guesswork → a 0–100 score

Problem
For a family, "will this move hurt our quality of life?" is guesswork. And the realtor advising them has no tool that answers that question honestly — only tools built to close the sale.
What we built
A decision engine: describe the current home room by room and the household living in it, then paste a listing link — the candidate property fills itself in. The system scores adaptability from 0 to 100, compares space room by room and per person, charts the impact across life dimensions, and ranks every candidate against the home the family already has, with plain-language recommendations.
What changed
Guesswork became a number the family can act on. The advisor walks in with a room-by-room answer and a concrete recommendation — “look for units with a den, or 1,200+ sqft” — instead of an opinion. That's the visit a family remembers, and refers.
