Problem
A consulting firm’s lead magnet was a diagnostic PDF — an asset that waits for downloads while tradeshow foot traffic walks right past the booth.
What we built
The same diagnostic, turned into an emergency room. The big screen is an intensive-care monitor; the visitor’s phone — scanned in by QR — is the crash cart; and the patient is their own company, with its real name on screen from second zero. Five business vitals beat as ECG traces — cash flow, sales, leadership, margin, productivity — and five decisions decide whether the patient makes it, with a doctor’s voice reacting to every call. A camera even spots when someone stops to look and triggers the CODE BLUE. Every game ends in a printed medical prescription with the business diagnosis — and the booth staff’s export lists each lead with their pain already identified.
What changed
The lead magnet stopped waiting for downloads. Hallway traffic becomes qualified leads with the diagnosis already done — under two minutes per person — and the closer knows what to say before the follow-up call.

What the system does

  • The visitor scans a QR and their phone becomes the crash cart — no app, no install

  • Five emergencies per game, each with a 12-second countdown and four options
  • Monitor beeps accelerate with both patient health and decision urgency
  • A camera spots someone walking by and fires the hook — a red pulse first, the doctor video for those who actually look
  • A synthesized doctor's voice reacts to every decision
  • Every game ends in SURVIVED or FLATLINE, a diagnosis, and a printable prescription mapped to the client's real services
  • Lead capture in two stages: name and company to play, email for the prescription — late emails still count
  • The sales export lists every lead with their diagnosed pain, so the follow-up call opens on target
  • A “Lives Saved Today” leaderboard for the booth, staff demo and reset controls, and a full English/Spanish toggle
  • If the camera, microphone or sound is blocked, the game keeps running
