How it works
- Tell us the bottleneck in one sentence — type it or leave a 30-second voice note. What eats the most time, waits on you, or breaks when things get busy?
- A 20-minute call. We ask how the work actually happens today: who does it, how often, what it touches. Bring one real example.
- Your map, in one page. Our discovery system drafts it from the call and a person at Flow reviews it before it reaches you.
- Your call. Keep it and act on it yourself, or start a First Flow: $3,500, working software on your real work in 48 hours, and you own the code.
What makes the map useful
- Your words, not our pitch. The bottleneck is quoted from the call, with the minute it was said.
- The math is visible. Hours × people × weeks × cost — so you can check every line and change any assumption.
- Said versus assumed. Every number is labeled as something you told us or something we estimated.
- An honest verdict. If the math doesn't work, we shouldn't build it — and the map will tell you so.
- One first step. The single change that removes the most cost first.
Questions owners ask
Is it really free?
Yes. One sentence, a 20-minute call, and the map in your inbox. No charge and no obligation to build anything with us.
What if it isn't worth fixing with software?
The map says so. Sometimes the right answer is a process change or a tool you already pay for — that's still a useful answer.
Is the call recorded?
Only with your permission. We transcribe the call so the map can quote your own words and show where each number came from. It's used only to prepare your map.
Who prepares it?
Our discovery system drafts it from the call, and a person at Flow reviews every map before it's sent. Nothing goes out automatically.
